Admission

Please bring along the following documents to facilitate a proper and expedient admission:

  • Malaysian Identity Card/Passport (foreigners)
  • Birth certificate if under 12 years old
  • Your doctor's referral letter
  • Guarantee letter/Insurance Hospitalisation Card
  • Deposit for self-payment

On arrival, please check in at our Admission Office on the ground floor during office hours and after office hours at the Main Reception on the ground floor lobby. The admission staff will then complete your registration and confirm your room. After registration, our staff will escort you to your room.

For urgent cases at the Emergency Department, you are admitted directly to your room. Your next of kin will proceed to the admission office to register your admission.


  • A deposit will be collected from each patient on admission to the Hospital. The level of deposit will vary according to the treatment for which the patient is being admitted. Further top up deposits will be requested if and when necessary. This will be deducted from your final bill when you are discharged from the Hospital.
  • Undertaking letter — All patients or their guarantors must sign an undertaking letter.
  • Letter of guarantee — A letter of guarantee will only be accepted if your company is on the approved panel of the Hospital. A letter of guarantee must be presented to the hospital on admission, or a deposit will be required.
  • Hospital Health Card — Please present your medical health card for processing during registration.
