To ensure that our patients receive the best quality of care, the Hospital has embarked on externally and internationally recognized quality certifications so that their requirements provide a framework for a consistent and efficient delivery of quality healthcare and service.

Our Quality Management System incorporates both the requirements of the MS ISO 9001:2008 standards and those of the Malaysia Hospital Accreditation Standards by the Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH).

The Hospital has successfully maintained the MS ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification by SIRIM since 1998. The ISO certification is also recognized internationally by IQ Net which is an international certification body of which SIRIM is a member. The Hospital has also been successful in being awarded the second cycle of the 3 year Malaysian Hospital Accreditation status which is also recognised by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia.

It is the policy of Hospital Fatimah and its staff to provide services that conform to the requirements of our customer and to deliver them in a timely manner without any shortfall in Quality.
