Admission
Please bring along the following documents to facilitate a proper and expedient admission:
- Malaysian Identity Card/Passport (foreigners)
- Birth certificate if under 12 years old
- Your doctor’s letter
- Guarantee letter/Insurance Hospitalisation Card
- Deposit for self-payment
On arrival, please check in at our Admission Office on the ground floor during office hours and after office hours at the Main Reception on the ground floor lobby.The admission staff will then complete your registration and confirm your room.
After registration, our staff will escort you to your room. The Patient Information leaflet provides information on the facilities and services during your hospitalisation
In urgent cases at the Emergency Department, you may be admitted directly to your room with admission arrangements attended to later at a convenient time. In such cases, the admission procedure will be conducted with your next of kin or closest relative.

Discharge
Discharge hours are between 11.30am till 1.00pm from Monday to Sunday unless specified.
Please be advised that a half-day charge will be imposed if you choose to leave after 1.00pm. Room charges are based on room rates irrespective of the time of admission or length of stay for the day. An extra full day’s rate will be charged if you vacate your room after 4.00 pm on the day of discharge.
All bills must be fully settled before you are discharged from the hospital unless guarantee letters from corporate companies / Managed Care Organisations are provided.

Financial Arrangements/Bill Settlement
A deposit is required to be paid on admission. This will be deducted from your final bill when you are discharged from the hospital.
Hospital bills become due and payable at the time of discharge. Patients admitted for long periods will receive a proforma bill when topping up is required.
