Our objectives are:
- To honour the sacredness of life and the presence of God in all people
- To maintain the basic rights of the individual and to show concern for his or her personal dignity
- To provide a high standard of professional care in ensuring that appropriate skills and modern back-up facilities are available
- To encourage the creative idea and skills of our staff and to assist each one in developing these skills to the full
- To constantly encourage team spirit, maintaining a high morale throughout the Hospital
- To perform those duties entrusted to us by our doctors with professional accuracy and concern for the patient
- To ensure the future development of the Hospital meets the needs of the community
- To formulate and implement policies which embody our moral values
