Quality Care
Our Quality Management Programme is based on Total Quality Management principles, adopting the requirements of the Malaysian Standard International Quality Standard, MS ISO 9000 series as well as meeting the Malaysian Hospital Accreditation Standards. The Programme emphasises the importance of tailoring our systems so that we are able to deliver our services professionally to our patients and in meeting the needs and requirements of the individual customer. The Programme and its various requirements provide a framework for efficient delivery of a consistent quality service.
The personal approach, the concern and the caring attitude shown by
each staff sums up their commitment in the manner by which they go about
their work; recognizing no matter what tasks they do or how trivial
they may be, they are nevertheless opportunities to excel!

It is the Policy of Hospital Fatimah and its staff to provide services that conform to the requirements of our customer and to deliver them in a timely manner without any shortfall in Quality.
